“In the Beginning…” An exploration of the first two chapters of Genesis

April 16, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Free

If Genesis is a historical account of Creation, what is the deeper meaning of the text? What does it mean to be “Created in God’s image?” What is the significance of a Sabbath? Why does God ask Adam after he has eaten “the apple,”  “Where are you?” Doesn’t God already know?

These are just a few of the questions we will wrestle with in the hope that we will deepen our understanding of the Bible and praise God through the use of our minds with Rabbi Gittleman.

Suggested donation $10-15
