God In Nature Hike

We will meet at Riverfront Regional Park for a 3-mile contemplative hike. You will be guided by Mindy who will invite you to ponder a quote or theme for the first 30 minutes in silence and then share in conversation for the rest of the hike. 

This trail includes one hill through a redwood grove and the rest is a flat loop around a lake. Families and dogs are welcome. Bring water and snacks if you like. Please RSVP online or call the office so we know to look for you before we head out. Questions? Email [email protected]
